Gaussmeters are instruments to measure the magnetic field density in a specific point in the air.

where:

B = Magnetic Field in [T]
F = Magnetic Flux in  [V.s] = [T.m2] = [Wb]
A = Cross Section  [m2]

 Gaussmeters can be used in many applications:
  • Measurement of magnetic field on the surface of magnets
  • Measurement of magnetic field in the gap of loudspeakers.

PM200 is a low cost and sturdy instrument. PM200 was developed by GLOBALMAG for magnetic particle non-destrutive testing. PM200 is produced exclusively for ITW Chemical in Brazil. ITW Chemical is the proprietary of MAGNAFLUX brand.
